Maggie's Farm

I raise Bluefaced Leicester/Wensleydale crosses on my farm in Brookfield, New York, located an hour north of Binghamton. I also raise angora goats and English angora rabbits for blending their fiber with my wool. I design and sew the popular Bundaflicka Knitting Totes, unique hand spun yarns, goat milk soap, horn buttons, and the popular Shepherd's Friend Hand Creme. I also create lovely carded rovings I call "Mother Fiber" as wool is the mother of all fibers. This year I will be bringing my freshly shorn raw wool fleeces to the festival to tickle your senses and remind you where your lovely yarn comes from. I have been participating in the NY State Sheep and Wool Festival for 18 years. Please stop by and say hello. Remember, supporting the small shepherd is helping to preserve a way of life which is very rare and precious these days.
